Visitors from all over the world come year after year to experience the best of the Pacific Northwest with a Hellgate Jetboat Excursion. Established in 1959, Hellgate has run excursions down the wild and scenic Rogue River through the Historic Hellgate Canyon. Each fully narrated excursion is a memory in the making as guests take in the sights and sounds of native wildlife as they glide inches above the river.

The Rogue Theatre opened its doors in 1938 as one of the few theaters built during the heart of the Great Depression. Crowds filled her seats to watch Spencer Tracy, Clark Gable, and Marlene Dietrich on the silver screen. News Reels brought home the battlefront during the “Big War.” Through the fabulous 50’s, and the turbulent 60’s the theatre attracted crowds to downtown Grants Pass. As years passed, the advent of television, multiplex cinemas and shopping malls made it difficult for the aging theatre to compete. Closing it’s doors in 1999. In 2000, the Rogue Theatre was reopened as a regional non-profit performing arts center. Complete with state-of-the-art sound and lighting. The Rogue is now capable of hosting a wide range of arts and cultural events, including theater, concerts, dance and film presentations. The Rogue Theatre is one of Grants Pass’ most prominent historical buildings. The Art Deco exterior and glowing neon marquee add to the warmth and charm of the city’s historical district. OUR STORY Thirty five years ago proprietor Daniel Greenblatt opened Greenleaf Restaurant to Southern Oregon locals. We are proud to announce that Greenleaf has turned a page and released a “Second Edition”. Located on Main Street and along Calle Guanajuato in Downtown Ashland, our second edition was spearheaded by the local BFLM restauranteur group and paired with dishes by chef and kitchen consultant Corrie Matthews. Greenleaf’s second edition is about fun, casual dining and great cuisine with food that is a little hearty and a little healthy for everyone. Our culinary focus is on Pacific Northwest inspired appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, pastas and steakhouse classics. Located in the 1879 Independent Order of Oddfellows (IOOF) Building, the restaurant offers a variety of seating. Greenleaf Restaurant seats over 100 with additional seating on our upper outdoor patio overlooking Calle Guanajuato and along Ashland Creek in our creekside seating area. The historic building and Ashland’s commitment to supporting and celebrating the literary arts inspired a literary theme for Greenleaf’s second edition.
